Challenge: 65 Private Drive is a 40-story, 700-unit residential tower developed by Halcyon Management Group as part of the Clayer Place Project in Brooklyn. The massive scale of this high-rise required a comprehensive fire protection system and a robust in-building communication network to meet NYC fire safety standards and ensure FDNY compliance.

Solution Provided: County Fire NYC designed and installed a full-scale fire alarm system along with a DAS-based Auxiliary Radio Communication System (ARCS) to provide complete coverage and reliable emergency communication. Our team handled system engineering, installation, programming, testing, and FDNY filing with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring seamless integration across this large-scale development.

FDNY Approval: Through thorough planning and precise execution, County Fire achieved FDNY approval on the first submission, ensuring the project met all NYC life safety regulations without delays.
