Challenge: 91 Bruckner Boulevard is a newly completed seven-story residential development in the heart of Mott Haven, The Bronx. Designed by S. Wieder Architect and developed by Artist Construction LLC, the property features 89 residences, with 27 affordable units offered through the NYC Housing Connect lottery. To ensure resident safety and secure occupancy approval, the developer required a fully integrated fire alarm system that would meet FDNY compliance standards across both private units and shared amenity spaces, including a fitness center, garage with EV charging, laundry facilities, bike storage, and rooftop terrace.
