  • Marketing attribution data (UTM parameters and Google Click ID) if you arrived via a tracked link or ad — this is held temporarily in your browser's session storage, not a persistent cookie, and is cleared when you close the browser tab
  • Your IP address and browser/device user agent string, captured at the time of form submission

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected through this site to:

  • Respond to your service inquiry, quote request, or job application
  • Schedule inspections, quotes, or other requested services
  • Send you a confirmation or follow-up email about your request
  • Understand which marketing channels and pages are driving inquiries, so we can improve this site and our advertising

Where Your Information Is Stored

Form submissions are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase. Access to this data is restricted to County Fire staff who need it to respond to inquiries.

Third-Party Services We Use

We share limited information with the following third-party services to operate this site:

  • Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics — used for site analytics and advertising conversion tracking. When active, Google may set its own cookies in your browser, governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Maps— some service area pages embed a Google Map. Loading that map is subject to Google's own privacy practices.
  • Microsoft Clarity & Microsoft Advertising — we partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising.
