Challenge: 101 Morningside Ave is an 11-story mixed-use residential development located in the Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan, featuring modern residential units alongside the new St. Luke Baptist Church. The project required a complete fire protection and communication system to meet NYC fire safety standards, support mixed occupancy requirements, and achieve FDNY approval.

Solution Provided: County Fire NYC was contracted to design, supply, and install all fire alarm systems along with a DAS-based Auxiliary Radio Communication System (ARCS). Our team engineered a reliable life safety infrastructure tailored to both the residential and institutional spaces, managing every phase from design, installation, and integration to testing and FDNY filing, ensuring the system met all code and performance requirements.
