Comprehensive BDA Solutions for Chick-fil-A
Challenge: Chick-fil-A’s new restaurant located in the North Bergen township of New Jersey required a reliable emergency communication system to ensure uninterrupted radio coverage for first responders throughout the facility. Compliance with local fire communication codes and public safety standards was a key requirement before occupancy approval could be granted.
Solution Provided: County Fire NYC was contracted to design and install a cutting-edge Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) Radio System to enhance in-building radio frequency coverage for emergency personnel. Our team conducted a full site survey, designed the BDA layout for optimal signal performance, and handled installation, testing, and final certification. The system was configured to meet all applicable NJ and national fire communication standards.
Approval: Following a successful system performance test and documentation submission, the BDA system achieved authority approval, meeting all communication reliability requirements for first responder access.
Result: The North Bergen Chick-fil-A now operates with a high-performance, code-compliant BDA Radio System, ensuring clear and dependable emergency communication coverage. County Fire continues to provide trusted life safety and communication solutions for commercial and retail spaces across the tri-state area.
