Why County Fire

A Team Built on Integrity and Standards

We're a Brooklyn-based, FDNY-licensed fire protection company, and we're looking for people who take that seriously — because the buildings and people we protect are counting on it.

Stable, Full-Time Work

We're a growing company with steady project and service volume across all five boroughs — not gig work, not seasonal.

Real Training & Certification Support

We invest in getting our technicians properly licensed and certified, not just thrown on a job site to figure it out.

A Path Into the Skilled Trades

Fire protection is a trade you can build a career on. We look for people who want to grow into more responsibility, not just fill a shift.

One Team, One Standard

Everyone — technicians, inspectors, office staff — is held to the same standard of doing the job right the first time. That culture is what makes County Fire's work reliable, and it's what makes it a good place to work.

Benefits & Culture

We keep this section honest: we're not a large corporate employer with a long list of perks, and we'd rather tell you that upfront than oversell it. What we do offer is steady work, real skill development, and a team culture that takes the job seriously.

Competitive Pay

Pay reflects experience and certification level. We'll talk specifics directly once we know the role you're interested in.

Certifications Supported

We support technicians working toward FDNY licensing and other industry certifications relevant to their role.

Room to Grow

We're a growing company. Technicians who show up and do the work well have a path toward more responsibility over time.

A Team That Backs You Up

You're not figuring out jobs alone — our team works together, and management is reachable, not distant.
